SMC Points and Badges

Our community rewards active participation and contributions through a system of points and badges.

These incentives acknowledge every member's effort and helps to build a sense of achievement among Believers.

Earning SMC Points

Members can earn SMC Points by participating in various community activities, including:

Referrals: By inviting potential Believers to join the community using your referral link, which is available on your profile page. Every approved invite earns you 2 points.
Promotions: Sharing and promoting SMC DAO projects on social media or creating original content about the community.
Content Creation: Contributing educational resources, such as tutorials, research articles, quizzes, or courses, to the SMC Library.
Birthday Rewards: Believers are celebrated on their birthdays with bonus points, awarded automatically based on their profile information.

SMC Points reflect a Believer's contributions and engagement within the community. Currently, the points are pegged at $1 per SMC Point, which are visible upon logging into your community App or profile.

SMC Badges

SMC DAO Badges are digital awards that recognize the achievements, skills, or contributions of Believers within the community. There are three main types:

Automatic Badges: Awarded based on reaching predefined milestones, such as referral counts or activity engagement. Examples include the "Silver Referral Badge" and "Community Ambassador Badge."
Moderator Badges: Manually awarded by moderators for special contributions like leadership, mentorship, or creativity. Examples include the "Emerging Leader" and "OG Member" badges.
Legacy Badges: Special badges awarded by Sir Mapy to honor historical contributions or milestones. Examples include the "Lbankers" and "Certik Heroes" badges.

Each badge has a rarity level, from "Very Common" to "Extremely Rare," and can be displayed on the member’s profile.
