1. Haven’t Received My OTP

If you haven’t received your OTP after registering, try the following steps:

  • Network Delays: Wait a few more minutes, as the OTP may arrive late due to network issues.

  • Check Spam/Promotions Folder: Look in your email’s Spam or Promotions folder.

  • Incorrect Email: Ensure the email address you entered is correct. If not, update your details or register again.

  • Resend OTP: Use the 'Resend OTP' button to trigger a new OTP delivery.

  • Blocked Email: Contact your email or internet provider to ensure OTP messages aren’t blocked.

  • Still no OTP?: Contact an SMC Admin via the feedback button on the App. Provide an email for a response.

2. Haven’t Been Approved After Signing Up

If your approval is delayed, consider the following:

  • Complete and Correct Details: Ensure all required information is accurate, including your place of worship (e.g., Living Faith Church, not just a city).

  • Processing Time: Approvals may take a few more days if there are high volume of applications.

  • Check Application Status: Log in to your profile to check your status. Rejection reasons, if any, will be provided along with instructions to reapply.

Common Causes of Delays:

  • Incomplete/Scam Profiles: Ensure all fields are filled out correctly.

  • Incorrect Profiles: Verify your details meet requirements. For example, your place of worship should specify a worship center name, not just a city.
