# SMC Points

### What are SMC Points?

SMC Points are reward points given to Believers for participating and contributing to the SMC DAO community. \
\
SMC point system serves to record and recognise the effort of every member, encourage active engagement, as well as serve as the based model for our community currency.

### How to earn SMC Points:

**1. By Referring other Believers**

* Download and install the **SMC DAO Mobile App** from the App Store or Play Store.
* Sign up or log in with your existing SMC credentials.
* Go to **Profile** and tap on **My Referrals**.
* Share your **Referral ID** on any platform and invite other Believers to join.

➔ For every **approved sign-up** through your referral, you earn **2 SMC Points** — growing your influence while helping build a stronger community.

**2. By taking the USDT Quiz *****"***

* Download and install the **SMC DAO Mobile App** from the App Store or Play Store.
* Sign up or log in with your existing SMC credentials.
* Go to **Library** and tap on **Quizzes**.
* Look for the category "Stablecoin Ecosystem" and take the quiz "***The Fall of USDT – 27 Questions on Tether’s Greatest Fears"*** <br>

**Why reward this quiz?**\
\
USDT (Tether) is one of the most widely used stablecoins in the world and plays a critical role in the global crypto ecosystem. \
\
For many Believers, it acts as a bridge — a way to **enter or exit the crypto market** without relying on traditional banks or fiat currency.&#x20;

Because of its massive influence, any concerns surrounding USDT’s stability, transparency, or backing have wide-reaching implications for the entire space.

This quiz help **Believers** gain a deeper understanding of Tether’s operations, including the **controversies, criticisms, and potential vulnerabilities** that could affect not just USDT holders, but the market as a whole.&#x20;

It challenges us to think critically about the assets we trust, encourages research-based awareness, and fosters financial literacy within our community.

By completing this quiz with a high score, you demonstrate your commitment to being an **informed and responsible participant** in the decentralized economy — and we believe that deserves to be rewarded. \

Score **above 70%** and you’ll earn **1 SMC Point** as a reward for your knowledge and effort.<br>

**4. By Birthday Rewards**:&#x20;

* Download and install the **SMC DAO Mobile App** from the App Store or Play Store.
* Sign up or log in with your existing SMC credentials.
* Add your date of birth to your profile during signup or edit your profile later.\

  ➔ On your birthday, you automatically earn **1 SMC Point** as a celebration from the community.

Currently, SMC Points are pegged at **$1 per point**.\
You can view your total points anytime by logging into your community app or checking your profile.
